Tom De Clerck

Chief Finance Officer

  • Oversees all aspects of financial reporting and planning as well as. compliance, data and strategy.
  • Previously worked with ING Bank in Belgium

  • Recently appointed to lead on CRM & IT systems transformation strategy.

  • Recently led complex technology and regulatory change projects across PwC’s client base.
  • Was responsible for a £10 million IT & Business project at Hyde ltd.

Andy Palmer

Managing Director - Pathways

  • Variety of challenging senior roles in education with specialist and major corporates.
  • Chairman and CEO of LearnDirect, Managing Director of Skillnet and Group Director of Education and Skills for BT.
  • Held non-executive roles and a Board Member of OFSTED

Sharon Curl

Managing Director - North America

  • Oversees our rapidly growing North American operations.
  • Sharon and her business partner founders and former owners of Vancouver Maple Leaf Language College Inc. (VMLLC) established in 1990. Acquired by Oxford International in 2013

Gary Palmer

Managing Director - EFL & OIDI

  • Appointed in 2019, after serving as the Head of Operations since 2016
  • Gary and team grew Juniors revenue 70%.
  • Qualified teacher, has a PGCE in Maths, a Masters in Educational Research a CELTA from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Leeds University.
